General IT Support Tasks

• Support Microsoft 365 for approximately 10 users, including account provisioning/de-provisioning, desktop and mobile device integration, multi-factor authentication, etc.

• General desktop, printer/scanner, and network support.

• General IT security including virus protection and physical computer security.

Preferred availability Wednesday afternoons and Saturday mornings when the research library is open.
